Our Customer Experience Program focuses on delivering the high notes of customer service by creating a full mind, spirit and body hospitality model. Our goal is to ensure patients are treated as if they are at a 5-star resort and leave recommending a Symphony Post Acute Network Member Facility to friends and family. Each Symphony Post Acute Network Member Facility has a Director of Customer Experience to help our patients and their families get the best out of their stay with us.

Our dining selections accommodate a variety of cultural and nutritional needs. Executive chef-prepared menus, five-star restaurants, room service and private dining rooms are available for guests and their extended families.

Dyer Perk Café

Dyer Perk Café, located on the first floor, is open from 8:30am – 5pm daily and proudly brews Starbucks coffee and serves pastries and snacks.

Spa Services

The Symphony Spa offers a wonderful spa experience to help you nurture your mind & spirit. We offer professional services, including hair cuts and color, massages, manicures, pedicures and nail treatments at a reasonable cost.
